In this episode Eric interviews Molly Metz from the University of Toronto in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Growing up as a first gen student, she was destined for social psychology from the start. She selflessly gives of her time and talent, investing in her teaching, leading the Early Career Psychologists, and served as the admin for the popular STP Facebook group. She thinks deeply about the application of psychology to our lives, especially self-determination theory. We benefit from her overachiever status.
